Interior shots are sadly quite rare, but the Museum does hold a few in its collection, including this one of the inside of Clark & Robinsons, c.1895. The shop opened in the High Street in 1895 and was packed full of an eclectic mix of goods, ranging from bicycles and birdcages, to ovens, spades, mangles and scrubbing brushes. On the top floor was a cycle repair workshop.
